Article 1
These Fee Standards are enacted in accordance with the provisions set forth in the second paragraph, Article 42, Act for the Establishment and Management of Free Trade Zones.
Article 2
Free trade zone enterprises or non-free-trade-zone enterprises applying to enter Taoyuan Air Cargo Park Free Trade Zone (hereinafter referred to as "FTZ") for operation, including applications for long-term or short-term access permits for persons or vehicles shall pay fees specified in these standards.
Article 3
The fee standards mentioned in Article 2 are as follows:
1. The fee for dealing with an application of a free trade zone enterprise or non-free-trade-zone enterprise to operate in FTZ shall be NT$ 2,000.
2. The fee for applying a long-term or short-term access permit for the person or vehicle to enter and exit FTZ shall be NT$ 240.

Article 4
All fees set forth in these fee standards shall be paid to the designated location within the designated period as specified in the invoice.
Article 5
Where fees are not paid according to these fee standards, the provisions of the Charges and Fees Act shall apply.
Article 6
Management Authority may commission FTZ operator to collect the fees set forth in these standards.
The above mentioned FTZ operator refers to as the private institution who has entered into an investment agreement with Management Authority for constructing and operating FTZ in accordance with the "Law for Promotion of Private Participation in Infrastructure Projects".
Management Authority, when commissions out tasks mentioned in the first paragraph, is required to announce the person and tasks commissioned, and the legal basis of the commissioning, and to publish such information on Government bulletins or newspapers.

Article 7
These regulations shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.
