Article 1
This Standard is promulgated based on Paragraph 1 of Article 10 of the Charges and Fees Act.
Article 2
The Museum provides the Auditorium and its facilities to the public at charges and fees based on this Standard. The charges and fees are itemized as shown in the attached table.

Article 3
The charges and fees must be paid in full by the Applicant no less than fifteen days prior to the starting day of the event. Overtime usage will be subject to overtime charges as itemized in the attached table and must be paid in full no less than seven days following the closing day of the event.
Article 4
The Applicant must return the site and facilities item by item after use.
Article 5
The charges and fees will be reviewed at least once every three years according to changes in cost, administration fees, and consumer price index.
Article 6
This standard shall be effective immediately upon date of promulgation.
