Article 1
This Standard is prescribed in accordance with the provisions of the second paragraph of Article 15 of the Act Governing Food Safety and Sanitation.
Article 2
The examination of pesticide residues shall include the pesticide itself and its metabolites. Both the MRLs (ppm) and the actually detected residues of pesticides are calculated on the basis of the weights of the products sold on the market.
Article 3
The pesticide residue limits in animal products shall meet the following Table. Not listed in the Table shall not be detected.

Article 4
This Standard shall be implemented from the date of promulgation.
