Article 1
These Standards are established in accordance with Paragraph 1 of Article 10 of the Charges and Fees Act.
Article 2
Attorneys or foreign legal affairs attorneys who apply to the Ministry of Justice (“MOJ”) for issuing an Attorney License or a Foreign Legal Affairs Attorney Practice Permit shall pay a fee of three thousand New Taiwan Dollars.
Attorneys or foreign legal affairs attorneys who apply to the MOJ for reissuing or replacing the license or the practice permit as referred to in the preceding Paragraph shall pay a fee of one thousand five hundred New Taiwan Dollars.
Attorneys or foreign legal affairs attorneys who apply to the MOJ for reissuing or replacing the license or the practice permit as referred to in the preceding Paragraph shall pay a fee of one thousand five hundred New Taiwan Dollars.
Article 3
Attorneys or foreign legal affairs attorneys who apply to the MOJ for issuing a certificate of good standing shall pay a fee of three hundred New Taiwan Dollars per certificate; if applying for issuing multiple certificates at the same time, they shall pay twenty New Taiwan Dollars per certificate for certificates issued after the first one.
Article 4
These Standards shall come into force on January 1, 2021.
