Article 1
These detailed rules are established in accordance with the provisions of Article 25 of the Act for the Promotion of Nutrition and Healthy Diet (hereinafter referred to as “the Act”).
Article 2
When the central competent authority solicits opinions through appropriate public participation mechanisms in accordance with Paragraph 2, Article 7 of the Act, it shall do so by means of public consultations, public hearings, seminars, or other methods.
Article 3
The term “nutrition and healthy diet education” as used in Articles 14, 19 to 22 of the Act refers to the use of educational methods to cultivate public understanding of nutrition, principles and skills related to healthy eating. It aims to foster correct and balanced dietary habits, enhance the public's knowledge, skills, attitudes, and values concerning nutrition and healthy eating, and encourage actions to promote health through educational processes.
Article 4
The determination of disseminating false information regarding nutrition and healthy diets, as referred to in Paragraph 1 or Paragraph 2 of Article 23 of the Act, shall be made based on a comprehensive assessment of the overall expression conveyed through text descriptions, graphics, symbols, images, sounds, or other messages.
The term “disseminating false information regarding nutrition and healthy diets” in the preceding paragraph refers to statements containing any of the following:
1. Exaggerated or misleading content.
2. Inconsistency with facts.
3. Lack of evidence or insufficient evidence to support the claims.

Article 5
These detailed rules shall come into force on the date of promulgation.
